“Growing up I was always skinny and didn’t even think about exercise or nutrition, but that changed when I was a few years away from turning 30.”

My metabolism had slowed and I couldn’t get away with eating fast food and chocolate without any activity. My weight had went to 155 lbs from 115 in only a couple of years so I decided finally that I had to do some research because I was tired of being tired, squishing into clothes and being uncomfortable. I spent a whole summer taking time off work and learning everything I could about fitness and nutrition using myself as a guinea pig. I’m happy to report it worked! I found a new career and passion and am always learning more. I became a Personal Trainer when I was 28 and now at 42 I’m expanding into Yoga. It’s not always a straight line to your goals and life sure can throw you some curveballs such as divorce, depression and injuries. The important part is acceptance, patience and perseverance. Keep challenging your body and step outside that comfort zone to try new things, you never know what’s going to impact your life and bring you joy! My new love is Acro Yoga and it teaches communication, trust and playfulness. Hiking Mountains in other countries is also a favourite! I’ll help you find strength, ease of movement and fun from your workouts.
