Personal Training


1:1 sessions are complete training sessions covering your requirements from A to Z. These sessions are designed to give you the most out of your time while moving closer to your goals. Sessions can take place at your place of convenience, your home or at 3 Monkeys Studio. Sessions can range from 45 to 90 minutes.

Group Training

Lifters Clinic, Squat

Don’t know squat? Then this is the clinic for you. We have started a Lifters Clinic for those experienced and the not so comfortable with the basics of classic lifting techniques. Come and learn the basics for safety, the techniques for advancing your squat and the program to take your squatting to that next level. Small class, limited to 4 to ensure personal attention; should result in big legs! Date of class to be determined by interest.

Private Group Training Sessions

Let’s make it for more than two! For more than 3-20 people; train with a family member, friend(s), sports team or a Corporate Team building exercise.




A consultation to discover your current fitness and lifestyle make-up. Utilizing one or a few processes depending on the depth and safety of your needs we create a picture of your health and develop a strategy to achieve your personal fitness and health goals.

A consultation and physical strength assessment. This assessment is designed for the clientele focused on resistance training. This is an ideal assessment for those who are no longer seeing development in their resistance training and do not require a constant one-on-one attention. 1 or 2 hours
