1:1 Personal Training Sessions

1:1 sessions are complete training sessions covering your requirements from A to Z. These sessions are designed to give you the most out of your time while moving closer to your goals. Sessions can take place at your place of convenience, your home or at 3 Monkeys Studio. Sessions can range from 45 to 90 minutes.

  • Assessment of Fitness
  • FLA with 24+ Sessions
  • Program Design (PD)

Want to workout with a friend? 1:2, 1:3 Personal Training Sessions are available.

Program Design (PD)

A program design is inherent when hiring a personal trainer. We Design a program customized for you focused on reaching your goals. We do not subscribe to using boilerplate programs, knowing that all of us are individuals with unique needs and wants.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Program Diary or Program Card
  • (PDO) Program Design Only for individuals who are not taking sessions
  • All multiple sessions include a customized program
