Kettlebell Clinic by Dana Collis

This clinic is ideal for the first timer learning proper technique and for those who want to improve and what they know. Lessons start with learning the core movements with a single Kettlebell and progressing each week with the addition of more complex skills. Clinic to be conducted by a full-time certified personal trainer and Agatsu Certified Kettlebell instructor.
Side effects: Stronger core muscles resulting in a straight back, firmer abdomen muscles, less slouching, reduced back pain and beautiful strong muscles.

Lifters Clinic, Squat
Don’t know squat? Then this is the clinic for you. We have started a Lifters Clinic for those experienced and the not so comfortable with the basics of classic lifting techniques. Come and learn the basics for safety, the techniques for advancing your squat and the program to take your squatting to that next level. Small class, limited to 4 to ensure personal attention; should result in big legs! Date of class to be determined by interest.
