Classes are limited to 8-20 people. Held at the 3 Monkeys Studio and taught by full-time Certified Trainers and Specialists.

Kettlebell Conditioning

In this class we utilize Kettlebell exercises such as The Swing, Snatch, Clean, Jerk, and Turkish Get Up to provide you with a high intensity full body workout. 

Classes are designed to challenge strength, strength endurance and cardio and help you progress your overall levels of strength, stamina, and coordination. All skill levels from beginner to athlete are welcome, exercises will be scaled to meet individual needs.

Please be sure to wear flexible workout clothing. Classes start with warmup – technique workout – cool down stretches.

Train For Life

Train For Life is our general conditioning class that embodies the the Agatsu philosophy, we train to live better, longer, and happier more fulfilling lives. Life is movement and movement happens in three dimensions under many different variables.

In this class we use various equipment – Kettlebell, Indian Clubs, Macebell, as well as training disciplines – Kettlebell Sport, Calisthenics, Flexibility and Mobility, just to name a few. Every class is designed to deliver a challenging full body workout that will help to increase your over all physicality and stamina, making you ready for whatever adventures life brings your way!

All skill levels from beginner to athlete are welcome, exercises will be scaled to meet individual needs.

Morning Mobility

Modern Society… we’ve made our life less challenging over the centuries, we’ve gone from crawling, walking, running, climbing, squatting in various directions and positions through out our days to just lying down or sitting in some chair whether we’re at home, work, gym or in transit.

Modern life has us moving more often then not in one plane of movement, the sagittal plane. we move forward, we sit we stand up. Morning Mobility is designed to help you start your day with a full range of movement in all three planes. We use various bodyweight exercises, movement patterns and equipment like bands, balls, and light weight Indian Clubs to help get you moving in all directions again and increase you over all ability to move and stabilize yourself gracefully in any scenario at any age.

All skill levels from beginner to athlete are welcome, exercises will be scaled to meet individual needs.

Acro Yoga Beginner Class

Sharing knowledge of basic Acro yoga postures – 3 positions practiced base, flyer and spotter

Acro Yoga Jam

Sharing knowledge of basic Acro yoga postures – 3 positions practiced base, flyer and spotter.

Open Gym

Missed a class due to a scheduling conflict? Want to get another workout in? Or maybe there’s a skill you’re having trouble with in class? Open Gym time is there to meet these or any other reason you want to get some gym time in.

WOD’s will be provided or you can just do your own thing. A trainer is always there to provide guidance or a spot.

Lifters Clinic, Squat

Don’t know squat? Then this is the clinic for you. We have started a Lifters Clinic for those experienced and the not so comfortable with the basics of classic lifting techniques. Come and learn the basics for safety, the techniques for advancing your squat and the program to take your squatting to that next level. Small class, limited to 4 to ensure personal attention; should result in big legs!

Date of class to be determined by interest.

Private Group Training Sessions

Let’s make it for more than two! For more than 3-20 people; train with a family member, friend(s), sports team or a Corporate Team building exercise.
